Project Pearl is 460,000 Sq. ft. food distribution warehouse for Kroger located a few miles southwest of Denver International Airport. The building is split in half with one half being chilled and the other half ambient. It also includes a 3 story stand-alone mezzanine,2 story office, and comprehensive fall protection system.
