He’s a Navy Veteran, Amateur Body Builder, Welder & Father.  Can you guess our employee in the spotlight?  It’s our multi-talented Inside Sales Rep, Bill Fletcher.  We have a lot to share about this young man & we hope you will read more (and give this posting a BIG “like"!)

Bill grew up in Elkhorn, Nebraska and enlisted in the Navy for 5 years.  While in the Navy, Bill shared with us some incredible experiences.  He spent his first 2 years assigned to the ceremonial guard where he was the presidential escort for the 1st inauguration and alongside when the Pope came to the White House with George Bush.  He spent his remaining 3 years on deployment for “Operation New Dawn & Enduring Freedom.”  During his time there, his days were spent sending jets & fire missiles to the Persian Gulf.  He was an aviation structural mechanic and that is where he learned his skill in welding.

Bill started his career here as a fitter/welder in 2012.  Two years later he moved on up to the position of Inside Sales Rep.  As an Inside Sales Rep, Bill estimates projects, acquires material & labor costs & schedules the work order into each job based upon our shops availability.   We asked Bill what he likes best about working here.  He says, “I like the new challenge of the position, forming relationships with the customer & the company culture.  I like the team oriented approach of the company and I feel like I am more than just a number.  The leadership here is humble and open.  I think this is something that is very rare to find in corporate America.”  We think you nailed it Bill!

Outside of work, he spends his time with his 6 year old son, Nolan (as seen in the picture).  Nolan just finished his kindergarten year in Bill’s stomping grounds of Elkhorn.  (Go Antlers!)  Bill also likes to lift weights, play sports & give back to his church.   If you think Bill wasn’t busy enough, he is also in school full time at Bellevue University working on his Bachelor of Science in Project Management.  He’s scheduled to graduate next March.  Whoa!

We hope you found out a bit more about our “Driven & Enthusiastic” Employee in the Spotlight!  Be sure to give this posting a “LIKE” to congratulate Bill on a job well done!  Friends, stay tuned for our next featured employee.  It’s always sure to be a good one!
